Browsing and enquiries
This website is hosted on the Sites platform. The hosting service may process technical connection data needed to deliver pages and maintain security as part of its technical functions.
The restaurant form prepares a WhatsApp message. Your name, date and guest count are used to answer your enquiry. The message is sent only when you confirm it in WhatsApp. This website does not save form entries in its own database. Enquiries received by WhatsApp, telephone or email are handled to answer you, arrange the requested service and meet applicable booking obligations, based on pre-contractual steps or the contract and applicable legal obligations. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry.
The room booking button opens the Little Hotelier booking engine. Information entered there is also subject to that service’s privacy notice.
Optional statistics: Google Analytics 4
Only with your consent, this website loads Google Analytics to measure page visits, traffic sources, device, language, engagement time, approximate geographic location and clicks on menus, rooms and contact buttons. Cookies use pseudonymous identifiers; the statistics do not tell us the visitor’s name. This website does not send form entries or WhatsApp message text to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.
Consent is the legal basis for optional statistics. You can refuse or withdraw it. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards in its terms. See Google’s privacy information and Analytics data and privacy information.
Optional marketing: Meta Pixel
Only after your consent to Marketing, the website loads Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It records the visit and actions of interest, such as menu views and clicks towards room bookings and contact options, to measure advertising performance and create audiences for Facebook and Instagram campaigns, including remarketing. A click does not prove that a booking or message was completed.
Meta may receive the page URL, cookie and advertising click identifiers, IP address and technical browser information and associate these data with users of its services under its privacy policy. The website does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, dates, guest counts or message text entered in the form. Automatic advanced matching and automatic events are disabled; the Conversions API is not configured.
The legal basis is marketing consent, separate from analytics consent. Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its terms. See Meta’s privacy policy and cookie policy.

Detailed Analytics data retention follows the property settings; aggregate reports may have different retention periods. You can remove cookies and local data in your browser settings. Previous consent to analytics alone does not activate Meta Pixel: a new choice is requested for the two categories.
Your choice
You can accept all optional cookies, reject them or choose Analytics and Marketing separately; both are initially disabled. Browsing and booking remain available in every case. Use “Cookie preferences” in every page’s footer to change your choice. Withdrawal blocks collection and removes cookies of the withdrawn category accessible to this site. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before your choice.
Newsletter “Letters from Terracqua”
If you choose to subscribe, Barolino SRLS uses your email address to manage your subscription and send occasional news, menus, events and stay offers. The subscription is optional and is based on your consent. We use Brevo to host the sign-up form and manage confirmation and newsletter emails on our behalf. The form uses double opt-in: your subscription is completed after you confirm the request by email. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by contacting Barolino SRLS. Brevo may also process limited technical data under its own privacy notice to protect and operate its platform. Please see Brevo’s privacy notice.
Your rights
You can contact the controller to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
